Sono stati svelati i nomi dei candidati per i gamescom award 2024: la giuria, composta da giornalisti e creator del settore tedeschi e internazionali, tra cui รจ presente il nostro direttore Marco Accordi Rickards, ha selezionato i titoli piรน promettenti presenti. Quelli che hanno piรน candidature sono Little Nightmares 3 di Bandai Namco Entertainment e Dune: Awakening di Funcom, ciascuno con quattro nomination. Star Wars Outlaws di Ubisoft ne ha tre. Inoltre, 11bit Studios รจ in gara con tre titoli, The Alters, Creatures of Ava e Frostpunk 2, cosรฌ come la giร citata Bandai Namco Entertainment, con Little Nightmares 3, Dragon Ball: Sparking! Zero e Unknown 9: Awakening.
I premi saranno assegnati per un totale di 15 categorie. I fan e i visitatori della gamescom avranno l’opportunitร di votare insieme alla giuria di esperti per determinare chi riceverร i premi. Le votazioni inizieranno mercoledรฌ 21 agosto. I fan e i visitatori possono votare per i loro preferiti nelle categorie Arts e Platform, oltre che nelle categorie “Best of Show Floor” e “Best Trailer/Announcement”, fino a giovedรฌ 22 agosto alle 14:00 ora italiana, sul sito ufficiale, o in loco tramite codice QR.
Inoltre, durante l’Opening Night Live (di domani 20 agosto), sarร giร annunciato il vincitore della categoria “sostenibilitร ” (sustainability award). Tutti gli altri vincitori saranno premiati durante la premiazione della gamescom venerdรฌ 23 agosto, dalle 14:00 alle 17:00, presso lo studio gamescom ospitato da IGN (al padiglione 7).

Qualsiasi elemento di spicco della gamescom puรฒ essere selezionato per questo premio: non solo giochi, add-on e tecnologie, ma anche persone, istituzioni, aziende, concetti o termini.
gamescom sustainability award
Questo premio premia un’organizzazione dell’industria videoludica globale per il suo impegno nella protezione del clima e dell’ambiente, sia che si tratti di un team di sviluppo, di un publisher o di un altro tipo di azienda. I criteri di valutazione includono il modo in cui l’organizzazione affronta la contabilizzazione delle emissioni di carbonio e la riduzione delle emissioni, nonchรฉ il modo in cui collabora con parti esterne come i fornitori. Tutti gli espositori della gamescom possono candidarsi gratuitamente per questa categoria.
